"In October 2007 wildfires burned across Southern California.  At least 1,500 homes were destroyed and over 500,000 acres of land from Santa Barbara County to the US - Mexico border burned.  Nine people died and 85 were injured as a direct result of the fires.  A Midco client since 1999, Chinaberry Books, producer of the Chinaberry and Isabella catalogs, located in Spring Valley, California were less than one mile from the fires and forced to evacuate their facility.  Fortunately, no one was hurt and Chinaberry's facility was untouched.  During this very scary time, Midco was able to support Chinaberry's customers calls.  Patti Guthrie, Chinaberry's Customer Service Manager gave Midco and all our agents a heartfelt thank you for backing them up during this disaster. "
