CRMI is a full-service community oriented call center located in rural Northern Vermont.  We specialize in serving the catalog industry for both inbound order entry and customer service on a 24 hours a day 7 days a week schedule.  CRMI’s full-time benefited employee turnover is far below industry standard owing to Northern Vermont traditionally having the highest unemployment rates in the state with an aging workforce.  Taking advantage of economic incentives, CRMI is able to offer volume based call handling rates as low as 46 cents per call handling minute.

CRMI provides innovative contract terms to our clients, a true RISK FREE contract. You only pay for traffic sent and the time it takes to handle your calls, you can terminate the contract at anytime for any reason.   This might seem too good to be true, but since we specialize in working with catalog companies, we have found that this is a good way to begin a business relationship with you.  In fact, one existing client started out this way in 2001 and still sends us overflow/after hours traffic as well as expanding the business partnership to providing support for their holiday peak periods such as Valentine’s day.  Additionally, one added benefit of this arrangement is when they have in-house phone system problems their traffic automatically routes to our call center any time of the day and we take the calls until they stabilize.  We encourage all of our clients to set up the network call routing protocols in this manner.
