Exec Forum 2007

Leaders of some of the top companies in the catalog and online retailing industries will gather in Tampa Bay, FL on Sunday, February 25-27, 2007 at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay for Executive Forum 2007. The annual event, co-sponsored by F. Curtis Barry & Co. and Mokrynskidirect, draws executives from leading companies each year who come together to network and share ideas in an open forum setting. There is limited space available, 40 seats (2 people max from each company), so don't hesitate to register.   

The schedule for Executive Forum 2007:
Executive Forum 2007 begins on Sunday, February 25, 2007 at 2:00 PM in the hotel conference room. The Forum wraps-up on Tuesday, February 27 at 2:30 PM.

Cancellation Policy for Executive Forum 2007:
If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us in writing by January 5, 2007 to receive a full refund. Cancellations from January 6, 2007 through January 22, 2007 will receive a 50% registration refund. Refunds cannot be granted on cancellations on or after January 23, 2007. You may, however, transfer your registration to another person at any time.

The cost for Executive Forum 2007:
Early Bird Special - If you are officially registered and paid in full by December 20, 2006, you will receive $100 off the full price registration fee of $995. The Early Bird Special applies to each participant registered from your company. Limited to 2 participants per company.

Full Price - If you officially register after December 20th, the registration fee is at full price of $995 per participant. 

Included in the registration fee:
Breakfast and lunch both Monday and Tuesday, all snacks and breaks (we keep food and beverages in the room at all times), 200+ page resource binder, conference room rental, and a special reception/cocktail party on Sunday.

The hotel for Executive Forum 2007:
We are using the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay for this Forum. All reservations are made by each participant directly to the hotel. The phone number is 813-874-1234. There is a special room rate of $219/night for the hotel. Please let them know that you are with Executive Forum 2007 to receive the special room rate.

The undersigned participant(s) agrees that all operational data, profiles, and other information received as a result of participant’s membership in the ShareGroups is to be deemed Confidential Information. Each participant agrees that Confidential Information will not be sold or shared with companies or individuals that are not active, participating members of the ShareGroup; except that such Confidential Information may be shared in an aggregate, non-company specific format. There will be No discussion by any ShareGroup participant concerning the areas of Marketing Data, Pricing Information, Art, Samples, Product Development or Customer Files.

At the end of this Confidentiality Agreement, upon your review of all of the terms and conditions, you will be presented with an "I ACCEPT" button.
